Dr. Jessica Van Fleet-Green
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Van Fleet-Green is a board-certified family physician. She has worked in the post-acute and long-term care space for a decade and has been a medical director for various facilities since 2015. Dr. Van Fleet-Green is a Certified Medical Director with the Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care.
Dr. Van Fleet-Green completed her undergraduate and medical education at the University of Washington. She completed her residency through the University of Washington WWAMI program at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. She has a strong interest in systems-based practice, quality improvement, and value-based healthcare. Dr. Van Fleet-Green’s prior experience includes six years in private practice performing full-scope family medicine, adjunct clinical faculty for the University of Washington School of Medicine, Chief Medical Officer for Physicians of Southwest Washington, and Clinical Officer for MultiCare Connected Care.
Dr. Van Fleet-Green is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and member of the Washington Academy of Family Physicians. She is a Certified Medical Director and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington State Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. She is married with two children and is an avid runner and equestrian. Her and her family make their home in Washington State’s capitol of Olympia.
